In the third lesson in this section you will take on the job of a technician working at a BMW dealership. A customer has come to the dealership because the windscreen wipers on their car are not working - it is your job to find out why!

At the end of this lesson you should be able to:

• Follow detailed manufacturer's test procedures
• Use diagnostic equipment to diagnose a customer concern
• State the correct order of diagnostic steps.
