Lesson 3: System Diagnosis

In Lesson 3 students will follow the BMW diagnostic process to solve a customer concern. Following the same process BMW technicians use in a dealership, students will be asked to choose from a menu of options in order to collect evidence, analyse information, identify and solve problems. 

At the end of this lesson students should be able to:

  • Follow detailed manufacturer's test procedures
  • Use diagnostic equipment to diagnose a customer concern
  • State the correct order of diagnostic steps.
