For over three decades, BMW has been committed to encouraging young driving talent to achieve success through its Formula BMW Education and Coaching Programme.

Through developing comprehensive and first class training programmes, both behind the wheel and in the classroom, many BMW students have progressed through the motor racing world to become household names. A number of famous and successful Formula 1 drivers began their careers with Formula BMW.

Formula BMW now runs racing championships in four regions across the world - the UK (first season 2004), Germany, the USA and Asia. The first Formula BMW World Final competition has been scheduled to take place in December 2005, and will see all the regions compete for the coveted first place.
